Mark Ghiglieri and Masterpiece Investments

Masterpiece Investments Art Gallery

It doesn't take long to realize that Mark Ghiglieri has the necessary knowledge and skill to transform any idea into a profitable and successful venture for everyone involved. As far back as 1993, he has been brainstorming and having success in the art and investment world. With each new venture, fine tuning his process, and continuing to  build new companies that are stronger and better than ever.

It is no surprise then that he is creating another unique opportunity with Masterpiece Investments Art Gallery in Naples Florida. The Gallery sits in beautiful Naples harbor; the building itself a work of art with columns and a lighted patio leading to the marina, where a 42" Fountain powerboat "Shenanigans" gracefully awaits passengers. The boat, which can reach speeds of 100 miles per hour, sleeps four and has a cabin that holds 11 passengers comfortably, is used primarily for entertaining guests of the Gallery, as well as for shore-to-shore transportation purposes due to its incredible speed.

The unmatched talent of Lorenzo Ghiglieri graces the workmanship on the body of each sculpture, however, the projects that are offered in the RevPac Investment Program are created by all of the Ghiglieri artists. Mark imagines all of the subject matter himself. Every piece is first an idea in his mind. Using the considerable talents of his family, together with his own abilities, the piece he has imagined is brought to life in a rendering by one of his talented siblings. A model is only sculpted from wax when the image on paper matches the one in his head.

For 'The American Patriot' for instance, Mark described to his sibling the image he wanted to create, and they drew the rendition. A wax model was then sculpted; Mark made the scroll himself, first also from a wax engraving, where the words were etched onto a 1/32" plate, and then formed into the wax. The sculptures are not for the faint of heart collector however, with some weighing 200 pounds or better, and reaching over 4 feet high.

When clients visit the gallery, they are brought from the airport by helicopter. Immediately, they are taken through the gallery in Naples, given a glass of champagne, and taken to the dock where the boat is waiting to escort them on a relaxing 'cruise'  around the Gulf of Mexico.  The exhileration of reaching speeds over 80 miles per hour, wind in their hair, ocean all around, is only the beginning of the creative experience that awaits them. From the moment they arrive they are immersed in the world of art and the lifestyle of an investor.

With artwork from many artistic masters, the Masterpiece Investments Gallery in Naples, Florida offers investors and art lovers an opportunity to become intimately involved in the expansion of their own piece of art.

Mark Ghiglieri, the creative genius behind the RevPac Program offers investors the opportunity to both own the art sculpted by world reknowned artist Lorenzo Ghiglieri, as well as earn a return on the investment.

The program offers the first 20 to 30 percent of buyers the right to earn revenue on future purchases within the series. For instance, if a piece is commissioned to run for 179 numbered sculptures, then the first 35 people to purchase the sculpture also purchase the rights to earn revenue on the sales of the remaining 144 pieces.

One of the first statues redesigned for the RevPac Program, was the "Bull and Bear" statue previously sculpted by Lorenzo Ghiglieri. For the purposes of the investment program, a special version of the piece was created and sold in a silver series starting two years ago. The first 35 people who bought the statue are entitled to revenue checks starting with number 36 through number 179 in the series; and those first 35 investors received their first revenue check in June of 2008.

The total amount that an investor can earn back on his return is dependent upon the amount of pieces commissioned and the price of each piece. Generally, if the series sells out, each of the first 20 to 30 percent of those investing have the opportunity to earn three times the amount they pay for the statue.

Each series offers pieces cast in bronze, pure silver, and one pure gold. The royalties vary depending upon which casting you buy. Under any circumstances, as an investor you win, because at the very least, you own an original creation by a Master sculptor; at the most, you will triple your investment.

Investing is not the only concern of the Masterpiece Investments Art Gallery however. The company actually maintains four distinct divisions relative to supporting and investing in fine art. The first of these is the charity and philanthropic division. This division concerns itself with offering beautiful limited edition bronze sculptures to various charities for auction. The Gallery is currently offering pieces in approximately 500 auctions monthly, with two pieces per auction.

The second division consists of the RevPac Program unveiled in September of 2007. The program has become enormously popular with hundreds of RevPacs sold already. What this means simply, is that investors in this program are already beginning to see entitlement checks on their investments, and will continue to receive royalties as long as the series runs.

A fourth division concerns itself with maintaining a presence in various other parts of the country and world by using satellite collection pieces and the opening of two other Galleries. The master Gallery will remain in Naples Florida.

Finally, through the use of high-end publications, trade shows, radio and television advertising, the fourth division maintains the direct marketing program and collector relations necessary to continue to bring patrons a quality experience and royalty returns on their investments.

With a history of exquisite artwork and sound financial investments, Masterpiece Investments revolutionary RevPac royalty program is exactly what is needed to bring the art world in line with the mind of today's investor.
